If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via E-Mail immediately.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product as long as product is undamaged and returned in its original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned items although personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances; unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.

To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.

You are purchasing directly from us (The manufacturer) in which case all sales are final. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
